We may have to check out some of those links, as we were thinking of visiting Washington, D.C., this summer.
We love visiting D.C. It's kind of a joke in our house,because we were there so much for a while. We were there Sept. 2001~left the day before attacks. We had a *great* time, as my girls love history. My husband and I went back in Nov., 2001 to take some urgent adoption paperwork to the Guatemalan embassy. The whole family went back again Jan. 2002~again because of paperwork, plus did a little sight seeing. And, stayed another 2 nights in 2004, as we passed through. I felt like a D.C. expert by that time!
